Our Experience menu weaves together our passion for local organic produce with our knowledge of premium products from around the world.
In what we call 'glocal' cooking, our chefs select and seek out the very best premium produce and ingredients from Ibiza and beyond to create a culinary spectacle orchestrated over 14 intimate dishes. After a truly elevated dining experience, you will leave us with more knowledge of the food and the island than you came with.
We offer the option for a more casual à la carte experience. You will experience the same premium products as on our tasting menu, served in a more family-style way. Our chefs select and seek out the very best premium produce and ingredients from Ibiza and beyond to create a more raw material-driven serving style. We work predominately with a focus on presenting the best ingredients with low intervention from the chefs.

Ibiza Food Studio is the mothership, heart, and soul behind our restaurant Taller Sa Penya on the beautifully authentic Mediterranean island of Ibiza.
Taller Sa Penya is tucked away in the maze of cobbled streets in the fisherman's quarter of the Old Marina, neighboring the UNESCO site of Dalt Vila.
At Taller Sa Penya we celebrate seasonal, organic produce and the terroir of Ibiza. Just like the seasons change, our menu changes as well, as it's based on the product availability on the island, making sure only the freshest and quality produce ends on your table!
Carlo Tofani and Boris Buono met each other a short time ago through a mutual friend, and they agree that they must create a beautiful evening together. And since they both have Italian blood in their veins, it is obvious to invite people to a 5-course Italian menu. With Boris's elegance and touch and with Carlos' exuberant energy and happiness, this evening will be unforgettable.
Expect a South Italian tone to the menu paired with Carlos's fantastic wines.
In Taller Sa Penya we offer groups of more than seven a real welcome from our restaurant, where they can experience each of the culinary corners of our menu, and expect a different feeling in each dish, we focus on making it something new and different for your group.
