At Blacknose Vineyard, a winter countryside celebration — open fire, calçots, grilled meats, and natural wine among the vines.

New Year's Eve menu

Dinner & Party at Taller Sa Penya / Ibiza Food Studio

– Hamachi Crudo with spicy vinaigrette & pickled shiitake

– Beef Tenderloin with truffle jus & crispy potato

Whether you join us in the restaurant or host at home, we’ve created a beautiful Christmas menu rooted in local love and festive indulgence.

– Rich seafood soup

– Gravlax with dill & mustard

– Vitello Tonnato

– Foie Gras Terrine with brioche
