Taller Sa Penya is tucked away in the maze of cobbled streets in the fisherman quarter of the Old Marina, neighbouring the UNESCO site of Dalt Vila.
Expect the style to be inventive and surprising and our tapas to be made from the best local produce available. Our style is very simple with an obvious Scandinavian take on the original Mediterranean tapas plate. Our chief designer is mother nature and we take pride in letting nature's amazing produce present itself in the finest way possible - whole and delicately cooked.
At Taller Sa Penya we celebrate seasonal, organic produce and the terroir of Ibiza. Just like the seasons change, our menu changes as well, as it's based on the product availability on the island, making sure only the most fresh and quality produce ends on your table!

We offer the option for a more casual à la carte experience. You will experience the same premium products as on our tasting menu, served in a more family style way. Our chefs select and seek out the very best premium produce and ingredients from Ibiza and beyond to create a more raw material driven serving style. We work predominately with the focus of presenting the best ingredients with low intervention from the chefs.
