As a father and chef, I understand the value of having a chef in the house. Families want to spend time on experiences rather than cooking, and therefore having a private chef attached to their home is important.
The Food Studio was established in 2012 in Copenhagen in my own home as a result of a deep desire to create a more intimate atmosphere for my craft.
The Food Studio later became the Ibiza Food Studio, with the same vision of creating unity in small magical moments around the table, with amazing people, hospitality and food that enhance the beauty of connecting with the ritual of nourishment.
Our restaurant Taller Sa Penya, which is now clearly our mother tongue, we manage it like our own home and make sure to treat our guests as friends. Private space and intimacy run naturally in our souls.
All products are from local suppliers and, as far as possible, organic and biodynamic. It is important for us to support locally and to have good cooperation with them. It makes us safe and we feel a responsibility to do exactly this.

TEAM Our chef team consists of specially selected chefs from all over the world. With different nationalities, we naturally cover several food cultures. This means that you specifically get to select the right chef based on your needs. Our team is trained to do its work professionally and the most important thing with us is that we are social and are willing to become a natural part of day life of the family or at the event among the guests. We are always smiling and ready to tell about our concept and about our food.
PRODUCE We happily take the responsibility for you kitchen ladder and stocking your villa for the perfect holiday. Over the years we have build up a network of producers, suppliers and local farmers. Get a professional chef quality control and attention to details. Get access to our restaurant preparation like home made ferments, base sauces and other delicacies from our wide range of in-house production. We also give your access to our extended collection of wines, we select our wines with the same principles as our food. local, organic and sustainable, we are work with small artisanal producers, famous wineries and fine and old wines.
