We did a beautiful colab with the wonderful team behind Sir Joan last year where we got the chance to create a PoP Up restaurant at their brand new hotel in Ibiza town.
This year we team up with these wonderful and passionate people one more time but this time is will be different. Sir Joan has created a new project called Sir Explore -A new service that connects their guests with their friends (as they write on their website). You will get to explore the unique side of Ibiza, you will for sure learn something new AND have a lot of fun while doing so. We are super proud to be a part of this project and we can't wait to open the doors to our Food Lab where you and your friends or family will have the chance to have a day in the kitchen with Boris Buono.
